Keeley Traae 3D Printed Vessels
Add a splash of colour to any interior space with these carefully designed and 3D printed mini vases from Keeley Traae.
3D printed in her studio, each piece begins with a hand-sketched design followed by a digitally crafted 3D file. Each vessel is incredibly lightweight, weighing approximately 20-30g.
The vessels are made from eco PLA which is a biodegradable material made from 100% renewable and natural resources, such as wood and stone filaments, each creating a tactile and unique surface finish. PLA is short for Polylactic Acid, a thermoplastic polymer that is derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, potato starch, or sugar cane.
The striations and marks that have been left by the 3D printer make each piece individual, and the colours chosen by Keeley reflect current interior trends, informed by her experience as a Design Consultant for some of the world's most recognised homeware brands.
With the environment in mind, all of Keeley's 3D printed materials are commercially compostable, however due to the biodegradable nature of the materials, the objects are not waterproof, but look beautiful with dried flowers displayed inside (please note that the dried flowers pictured in the images here are not included).

Keeley Traae is a design consultant, product designer and University lecturer with over 25 years of experience within the Ceramic Industry. This ‘hello beautiful’ collection began in 2020 during the lockdown, where she started to explore digital design technology to create her forms. After many years of designing for some of the world’s most recognisable ceramic and homeware brands, Keeley is now enjoying developing her own aesthetic, inspired by her love for mid-century design blended with classic silhouettes and geometry found in nature. Forms are ribbed, faceted, and fluted, and have tactile surface finishes.
