Nut Nut Designs & Makes Wooden Vessels
Made from local, reclaimed or sustainable timbers, these hand-turned and carved wooden bowls and vases are a contemporary design take on a traditional craft practice.
Each piece is a one-of-a-kind as the work is often made by 'in the moment' carving and shaping as a way of freedom, with out constraint.
Whilst these vessels are not food safe and not designed to hold water, they do look great holding a few stems of dried flowers or grasses (see image 4).

Working from her studio in Devon, Tasha is the woman behind Nut Nut Designs & Makes. Through a love of plants, paint and wood she specialises in making timber planters, vases, vessels and bowls. Embracing the natural features of the wood while complimenting with a splash of colour is an important part of her process. Colour palettes are inspired by the beautiful Devon landscapes around her, whether the moors or the sea, she selects a colour to represent all the places that she loves to ramble.
