The Owlery Printed Textiles - Rabbit
Bring a little joy to your kitchen space with these bright and bold textiles from Sheffield based print and textile designer-maker, The Owlery.
Made from digitally printed cotton, choose from a handy tea towel or a cheerful fabric pot, which could be used to store your cooking utensils, important bits and pieces or as a plant pot cover.
Each piece features a beautiful illustrated British wildlife design in The Owlery's signature style, repeated across the surface. Here, a bold Bullfinch puffs out it's bright pink chest against a pale pink background and deeper pink petals.
The tea towel features a white cotton loop on the back to hang up from.
Care instructions: wash at 30 degrees or dry clean, cool iron, spin or wring, wash dark colours separately.
The fabric pot also features a water-resistant lining for use as a plant pot cover - but please note, it is not designed for lots of water so it is recommended that you remove your plant when watering and leave to drain, or use a small dish in the base of the pot to catch excess water.
ABOUT THE MAKER: The Owlery was founded by printmaker and textile artist Benjamin Partridge in late 2013. Specialising in screen print and surface pattern design Benjamin creates home and giftware with original surface pattern designs.
Benjamin hand makes most items in house on vintage and modern industrial machinery but where he does work with manufacturers he is proud to work with UK based manufacturers, promoting the continued development and survival of UK industry.
