ABOUT THE MAKER

Douglas White began potting in the 70s reading books by Bernard Leach and seeing Mick Casson and Michael Cardew pottery in museums and galleries.
He fires to stoneware temperatures (1280c) using propane gas and simple range of ash, tenmoku, celadon and tin glazes.
