Karoline Rerrie Limited Edition Screenprint - 'Little Owl'

This vibrant and friendly fellow is the creation of printmaker and illustrator Karoline Rerrie and is sure to brighten up any home.

A4 in size, this three-colour screen print is hand-pulled by Karoline in her Birmingham studio, and features bold shapes and vivid colours in pale green and two tones of orange.

'Little Owl' is a limited edition of 30, screen-printed on 220gsm Fabriano paper.

Karoline's work is characterised by bold outlines, pattern and bright colours so it is well suited to the technique of screen printing. As well as printmaking she is inspired by folk art, craft and costumes from around the world and Eastern Europe in particular, which is very evident in her inspiring work.

Each of Karoline's prints are signed, titled and editioned just below the image. Please note that this print is supplied unframed and unmounted. As with all prints, it is advisable to use a window mount when framing to avoid the glass resting directly on the artwork.

ABOUT THE MAKER: Karoline Rerrie is a Birmingham based illustrator whose enchanting folk art inspired prints translate into beautiful books, unique totes and charming greetings cards. She’s not shy of bright and playful colours and strives to maintain a handmade quality in her imagery and production techniques which include silk screen printing and the occasional Japanese Gocco print.
